Hi Paul et al: The yellow map is filled and the blue map is no-fill from the phenix- generated mtz file: http://sage.ucsc.edu/~wgscott/mystuff/filled_vs_unfilled.pdf So I think this is clearly what is going on. Thanks. Bill
