However, when I try to refine, I am getting an error message saying "cctbx Error: merge_equivalents_exact: incompatible flags for hkl = (-71, 39, 62) (mismatch between Friedel mates)." Is there a way to edit these flags or do I need to analyze my data again? Thank you! Krista
