[phenixbb] On Ramachandran restraints of Phenix refine

Dear All, If my resolution was between 2.5-3.0 A, and if I did not use Ramachandran restraints in the Phenix refine the Ramachandran outliers would be increased significantly during the refinement process, in this situation may I use Ramachandran restraints in the Phenix refine?
