Since I haven't changed this manually, why do I see in my pdb file MIN(FOBS/SIGMA_FOBS) 1.340?

There is not phrase "sigma cutoff" in this record: REMARK 3 MIN(FOBS/SIGMA_FOBS) : 1.340 This is the actual value computed for your data and exactly what it is: MIN(FOBS/SIGMA_FOBS). Pavel.
