Hi,
In my experiene it means that you'll see the envelope where the ligand would be. Superposition with the model will show this.
Cheers, Boaz

Subject: [phenixbb] Polder comment

What does it mean when a Polder map calculation finishes with the comment "The polder map is more likely to show bulk-solvent or noise
instead of the ligand” ?

Thx,

Pat
