Dear all, By phenix.refine, I attempted to refine one molecule of protein. R-free was improved in certain wxc by setting the weight wxu manually, however, the results of “Temp. fact. variance analysis” in “Validation” tool of COOT was worsened. Why did such a thing happen? Thank you. Manami
