Hi,
This means that there is a file, named >logfile.log< owned by
someone else/with wrong permissions in that directory.
Remove that file or say
phenix.xtriage B13_native.sca log=mylog.log
to try again

Hi, I am checking the space group of my data set using phenix.xtriage. However, the program terminated in the following scripts. Does anyone knows why and what should I do? Thanks!
