Does anyone know if there is a way to increase the map sampling rate for Phenix fofc and 2fofc maps? I want to make a figure for publication in PyMOL and the map_double command helps a bit, but i'd still like more points on the map grids.
Look for a parameter named grid_resolution_factor - the default is usually 0.25, which means (for example) that a map made with 3A data will have grid points every 0.75A. -Nat
