I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the packing clash distance in Automr gui.
I don't think this is possible in AutoMR - you can change the percent of residues allowed to have packing clashes (just look for "clash" in the parameter search), but not the distance used. The Phaser-MR GUI, on the other hand, allows you to change both the distance and frequency cutoffs. -Nat
