I have run into a problem with the Job History tab in the GUI. For one project there is a listing of 16 jobs but when I try going into Job History there is nothing.
The .phenix directory for that project is present and all other directories of the individual jobs are there. Is there a way to "restore" the job history from
existing parameter files?

I hope so, but to be honest it's not the most rational system.  Your .phenix directory should look something like this:

nat@laptop > ls -l ~/data/lysozyme/.phenix/
total 84
drwxr-xr-x   2 nat staff    68 Oct 13 15:13 defaults
-rw-r--r--   1 nat staff 22182 Oct 22 10:21 job_history.phil
-rw-r--r--   1 nat staff 22170 Oct 22 10:21 job_history.phil_1
-rw-r--r--   1 nat staff 21634 Oct 22 10:21 job_history.phil_2
-rw-r--r--   1 nat staff   447 Oct 22 10:21 project.phil
-rw-r--r--   1 nat staff   447 Oct 22 10:21 project.phil_1
-rw-r--r--   1 nat staff   447 Oct 22 10:21 project.phil_2
drwxr-xr-x 140 nat staff  4760 Oct 22 10:21 project_data
drwxr-xr-x  21 nat staff   714 Oct 13 18:44 tmp

The files named "job_history.phil_1" and "job_history.phil_2" are the backup for the job history.  If one of these is noticeably larger you probably want to replace job_history.phil with it.  But I'd like to be certain there isn't anything else wrong - can you please send me (off-list) the relevant  job_history.phil file?

thanks,
Nat
