Another related question... Does the option for Fill Missing F(Obs) with
F(Calc) work for twinned maps? If I turn it on, I don't get an error but
the maps don't seem any different.

Hi Mary,
I'm not sure map sharpening is done in case of twinning (otherwise it is an option that you can turn on/off either in phenix.refine or in more specific tool for maps calculation called phenix.maps). I will check this later today and reply.
