I’ve installed the latest stable Phenix version (1.18). I’ve noticed a clear difference in the final statistics (MOLprobity) compared to the previous version (1.17). A bit more of Rama outliers and the most noticeable in the Rotamer outlier score. Is there any reason that could explain such behaviour ? I am using Phenix under MacOS.

would you mind sharing the files (input model, data, any ligand cifs)? It's hard to tell anything otherwise! Thanks, Pavel
