[phenixbb] phenix low resolution refinement strategies

Hi, how do I set the optimization parameters to make free R lower for 3.2Å x-ray crystallography data, or in other words, how do I go about determining whether the optimization strategy is appropriate or not? Questions from a Phenix Beginner.
