If you can type the appropriate command to submit and check the status of
jobs on the intended queue then you should be fine. Currently, there is no
tutorial specifically for queue but the GUI should be helpful.

Dear phenix developers/community,
could anyone please point me to a tutorial on how to set up phenix for a job queueing system (preferably PBS). I am interested to use the gui on several systems, but to do the calculations on another. Is this possible?
