[phenixbb] documents explaining parameter settings in phenix-1.7.2

Hi, I want to know, about the new Phenix-1.7.2 version, whether I can find some detailed documents explaining how to set the parameters..since there are so many options and I'm not clear their meaning..Thanks~ best, wenjie
