Pavel or Nat, Can you point me to the button in the GUI to use to run this? I am pretty much a GUI guy although not adverse to running things through the command like like the old days (yes, I was a command like geek when I started at Yale in 1990 and until I stopped (temporarily) doing anything worthwhile around 2001. Now that I am back in the lab doing work (but probably still not worthwhile) I have become addicted to GUIs and buttons. Blame my daughters!
