[phenixbb] relative pathnames in .def or .eff files for phenix.refine?

Hi, would it be possible to add the option of using relative pathnames instead of full pathnames when .def and .eff files are written by phenix.refine? Would make transfer of files/projects easier. Cheers Carsten
