Don't worry about this error as I reprocessed the data and started the refinement over and it doesn't seem to be causing an error when doing twin refinement with water picking. 

I imagine it has something to do with using a def file from a previous phenix version.

I turned off ordered_solvent and it seems to be working OK with the twin refinement (I can actually make it into simulated annealing).
