Hi Intekhab, The file that Pavel is referring to can be found as: AutoBuild_run_1_/overall_best_refine_map_coeffs.mtz All the best, Tom T
Hi Intekhab,
Autobuild uses phenix.refine internally, and phenix.refine creates the Fourier map coefficients you want 2mFo-DFc and mFo-DFc (which is not the same as 2fo-fc and fo-fc). So load that MTZ file into Coot that contains labels:
2FOFCWT PH2FOFCWT 2FOFCWT_no_fill PH2FOFCWT_no_fill FOFCWT PHFOFCWT

Hi there
i run autobuild in phenix and have my model and mtz file. when i open my mtz file in coot using the option open mtz, a window pops " column label assignment" How can i convert this mtz file that can open in coot which has both 2fo-fc as well as fo-fc maps.
