[phenixbb] Modeller- homology modelling

Hello, Has anyone encountered this error while running Modeller for doing Homology modelling "Sequence mismatch between alignment and pdb"? If yes, how did you solve it? I checked, there is no mismatch between sequence(both fasta and pdb) and alignment. Thank you. -- Shilpa J Bioinformatics Dept., SASTRA University.
