I am trying to use Dock in map to superimpose one map onto another.

The job runs, but fails with PHENIX error:

“Job294_sharpened_relion.mrc_as_model_refine_001.pdb" is not a known model type.

Inspection of this file suggests that it is indeed a proper PDB file.

(The original map I am trying to move is job294_sharpened_relion.mrc).

Any solutions?
