-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Dear Rex, the fcf-file is the OUTPUT from shelxl, you do not want to use it as INPUT to anything except for display or validation purposes. You should read in the hkl-file instead that was used to create the fcf-file. For displaying the map, you can read the fcf-file directly into Coot. For figures with e.g. pymol you can use my shelx2map, part of ccp4, to create a ccp4-map. Regards, Tim On 06/10/2014 04:19 PM, Rex Palmer wrote:
Can I run Phenix with a .fcf file and a .pdb file? If not how can I convert .fcf to the correct format? Rex Palmer http://www.bbk.ac.uk/biology/our-staff/emeritus-staff http://rexpalmer2010.homestead.com
