Hi Morten,

I'm sorry to get your hopes up with my documentation promising this feature. I checked, and the Rosetta part of this did not get included in Rosetta 3.4. It should be in Rosetta 3.5, due out in "a couple weeks."

Hi guys,

Phenix version 1323

Rosetta version 3.4

I try to run

phenix.mr_rosetta rosetta_command="-MR::disulf 129:411 228:281 279-615" mr_rosetta_228.eff

but I get the following error in rebuild.log

ERROR: Option matching -MR:disulf not found in command line top-level context

I lifted the rosetta_command directly from the Version Documentation.

Any clues as to why this doesn't work?
