<div>NameError: global name &#39;proxies&#39; is not defined</div></div><div><br></div><div>Am I missing something?</div><div><br></div><div>Also, is there anything like &#39;-h&#39; on phenix.secondary_structure_restraints so that I can figure out the different options?</div>
