sorry it was included with ccp4, (not phenix, my mistake)
i tried to send it but hit the size limit with the attachment

i dont think there is anything special about it.

As I said before, I can't find that PDB file anywhere in the PHENIX distribution - please send it to me or point me to a web page where I can get it.
