Will you please tell me which strategy of Phenix refine is for reciprocal space refinement? In the log, I often see "XYZ individual (reciprocal space)", will you please let me know whether "XYZ individual (reciprocal space)" is caused by "XYZ coordinates" or by "Optimize X-ray/sterochemistry weight"?
