I am trying to use phenix refine to NCS average my density map during refinement. If I check refinement, I get an error saying 'Missing a map type defiinition for one or more CCP4 or XPLOR maps." If I try to upload a 2Fo-Fc map generated from FFT map coefficients, I get an error saying that phenix does not recognize the file.

Any tips or other methods to calculate such a map?
