Dear phenix users,

After installation of phenix using phenix-installer-1.3b-rc6-intel-linux-2.6-x86_64.tar and setting up the environmental variables, phenix gui fails to startup giving the following error: (99, 'Cannot assign requested address'). See bellow for further details.
