I didnt realize that the phenix tables also recenter coot when you click on any item in the validate list..So since this feature works perfectly well I dont see any need to have a separate popup GUI todo list.

Just curious , speaking of coot and phenix communicating , Is it true that coot and phenix communicate by XML-RPC ? ..

Preferences::Graphics::Show validation results in Coot GUI

FYI, I mostly stopped working on this after I figured out how to recenter Coot from PHENIX, so it only includes the results from the "Model validation" tab - however, I'm happy to extend this to include the geometry and real-space CC analyses if people would find this useful.
