(2)Where there is no "Calculated phenix R_factor(all data)"? (3) Where there is no "Correlation (Fo-Fc)"?
phenix.refine and phenix.model_vs_data, as well as other similar tools (available in the GUI, for example) outputs Rwork and Rfree, and they do not compute Rall. Also, these tools do not compute "Correlation (Fo-Fc)", I don't event know what it is. Pavel
