Hi,

 

I am new to PHENIX and would like to get a bit of guidance.  I am helping a friend with her structure using SAD phasing.  She has 4 Se/molecule with 4 mol/ASU.  We used Solve to find her sites with nice occupancy, and then ran AUTOBUILD, just to see how it did.  It is returning map correlation coeff, Z-scores, etc.  What are good numbers for these parameters?
