I installed phenix 1.1a in a virtue Fedora Core 3 machine with VMware workstation 5 under windows XP on a IBM X31 notebook. When I run autosol (sad) to solve my protein, the system gave me error information "the connection to strategy disrupted" after all parameters are set, but it seems that the program is still running (for the window is still green) . However, the Autosol is showed as Finished in Job control window. Even if I leave the program running overnight, there is no solution produced.

Can anyome give me some comments?
