It was removed because it is far too dangerous. Clearly, it should be
removed from the FAQ.

Dear PHENIX developers,
I would like to know if the refinement.geometry_restraints.edits.scale_restraints still a valid option for tightening local restraints. I didn’t see this option from the phenix —show-defaults=all. I saw this option on the FAQ webpage.
