I'm sorry for this autobuild error! I think that this is a bug that does not show up very often. Can you possibly send me off-list the inputs and full log file so that I can fix it?
For MR, phenix.automr has been replaced by phenix.mrage and phenix.phaser.

Could I please enquire if these are due to mis-setting of parameters or in fact problems related to my recent installation?
Yet another question on my mind is, is AutoMR still supported in this Windows version? I can now no longer find it in the GUI while it used to be there in the 1.7 Mac version.
