Hi Kendall,

I'd recommend:

1. skip nbatch entirely, just use nproc to control the number of jobs.

2. If you are running rebuild_in_place=False, then use nproc=4. Any more won't make any difference.

3. If rebuild_in_place=True, use nproc=5.

4. If doing an omit map, use nproc = 5 * number of omit regions (so typically 100)

I hope that helps!

Dear PHENIX developers,
I’m preparing a bunch autobuild runs. If I submit 20 autobuild jobs to our 100 node cluster, what would you recommend for nproc and nbatch? How about for 10 jobs at once?
Thanks!
