Oh good. I should mention that the "new" gui and associated methods are still in the development stage, so there are things that don't work yet. Nat Echols, who is making the really nice new gui, may want to comment on that.
The GUI in 1.4-105 should be relatively stable. There are some tests for this now: /bin/sh $PHENIX/phenix_regression/gui/gui_tests.sh This currently runs the phenix.refine and xtriage GUIs, and two validation programs (they will all be started and stopped automatically). The entire script takes about a minute. This isn't comprehensive but it will catch any bugs that disable these programs completely. Unfortunately, we can't run this completely unattended yet, but I will try to run it every day before I leave. -Nat ------------------- Nathaniel Echols Lawrence Berkeley Lab 510-486-5136 [email protected]
