Hi Alex,
I am trying to refine using the following twin operators output from xtriage for C2221
1/2*h-1/2*k,-3/2*h-1/2*k,-l 1/2*h+1/2*k,3/2*h-1/2*k,-l
but phenix.refine (vers 1.4-4 and 1.4-3) fails with the following error message:
Sorry for the trouble. Could we get your data and pdb file for testing possible fixes? I understand if that's not possible, but if you can send us the files we'll save significant time making up artificial tests. Ralf
