[phenixbb] Scaling for Isomorphous Difference Maps

Hello All, I'm currently using the GUI to calculate some Fo-Fo isomorphous difference maps. From looking at the Phenix documentation, it hasn't become apparent to me if the tool that performs this calculation automatically scales the two sets of amplitudes to one another, or if the input mtz files need to be scaled together elsewhere before running the map utility.
