i am working with phenix version 1.7.1-743. after running auto mr i tried to run autobuild but it failed and generated the following message. i am unable to run autobuild now. kindly help.
First thing to do: update your Phenix installation! Version 1.7.1 is nearly a year old.

I don't know why this happens - it's a problem with the console output. Did you close the terminal window that you launched Phenix from? (I'm not sure if this alone is enough to cause that error; I think I tried that once and couldn't reproduce it.) Regardless of the cause, the job finished okay - the error only occurs when the GUI tries to update the current progress. Since this particular point in the code has broken for at least one other person, I'll change it so it won't pop up the bug message. -Nat
