[phenixbb] 5'-phosphate group CIF files

Hi everyone I need some suggestions for a CIF file for a 5'-phosphate moiety that is part of the nucleotide (CYT in this case) located at the start of a DNA strand (5' end) to be used in refinement in both PHENIX and COOT.
