Hi George, phenix.pdb_interpretation model.pdb write_geo=true will show omega angles in *.geo file that it creates. I don't know what is tau angle, perhaps it is reported there too. You can have a look at *.geo file and see if you recognize it. Pavel On 9/1/14 8:06 AM, George Devaniranjan wrote:
