rosetta_refine connecting non-consecutive residues around break in chain
Hello, can one prevent rosetta_refine from connecting two residues that surround a gap? For example, how do I keep near-by residues 108 and 115 apart when 109 through 114 are missing? Thank you. Wolfram Tempel

Can you send me the files. This should not happen (and does not in
phenix.refine) so I'd like to determine what is going wrong.
