real space correlation coefficient from the command line
Hi, When running a real-space refine, there is an option in the results to save a text file with real-space correlation coefficients (correlation_coeficients.txt). Is there a way to calculate these numbers from the command line? It would save me a lot of clicking, sinceI have dozens of maps which I want to run in parallel and analyze using scripts.
