The Grosman lab at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is actively looking to fill a recent opening of NIH-funded postdoctoral position. The laboratory has an excellent record in combining high-resolution electrophysiology, molecular simulations, and structural biology to address fundamental questions about ion-channel mechanisms. Previous experience with the purification of eukaryotic membrane proteins is a plus and structure determination using single-particle cryo-EM is highly preferred. Salary commensurate with the experience level.
