dev-1227: problem reading in tls parameters from refmac or tlsmd
Hi, In the TLS pulldown I tried to upload tls parameters from either refmac (.tls) or tlsmd (.tlsin) through the 'load' button, according to the suggestion in this section, but it complains about wrong format of the file. Am I doing something wrong? Hi Boaz, Try renaming your .tlsin file as a .txt file and read it (you have to chose a "txt" file in the pull down menu). This is the way I do it with files generated from the TLSMD server and it has never failed so far ! Fred. On 02/12/12 15:16, Boaz Shaanan wrote:

I think there may be some confusion about the format of the files:
TLSMD generates a phenix.refine parameter file which is in the syntax
we need, e.g.:
refinement.refine.adp {
tls = "chain A and resseq 1:10"
tls = "chain B and resseq 11:20"
}
I suspect the files Boaz is trying to use are the ones in Refmac
syntax, which we do not read. Boaz, could you please send me the
files off-list so I can confirm?
