Dear All, The protein structure of Jann_2411 (PDB 3H0N) from Jannaschia sp. strain CCS1 carries a novel fold for unknown function. Zn-finger is indentified in the C-terminus. However, the N-terminus with a metal binding site presents a novel fold.
