How to cite phenix.table_one?
This is probably the most appropriate: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22675231 although we may eventually publish something more specific in the future. In general, when in doubt, Adams et al. (2010) etc. is usually a good choice. -Nat (PS. Were you able to figure out the cause of the crash?)
