I can't speak to their quality, but Google turned up quite a few; I'd suggest the following: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9377160 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1525468 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16305238 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16305237 The first is by Axel Brunger (whose group wrote XPLOR and CNS), and the latter two are by structural genomics groups which used both techniques extensively. There should be plenty of references to papers comparing individual structures. -Nat
