Dear Phenix user I wanted to create Polder map. I just used single atom or residues and it works fine. There is also a option for the compute box but I am more interested to create map by selecting more than one resides but without using the compute box. Is it possible? and what will be the syntax for this. best J. Vitali

"Use box" is optional (that check-box isn't checked by default). So it sounds like all you need to do is to provide atom selection for the part of the model you want to compute Polder map in "Omit selection", for example something like chain A and resseq 123:125 More on atom selection syntax: https://phenix-online.org/documentation/reference/atom_selections.html#examp...
