Dear All, For the GUI of phenix.refine, if we click "Optimize X-ray/stereochemistry weight", it should optimize on how to part the weight between X-ray and stereochemistry. Then if we do not click "Optimize X-ray/stereochemistry weight", phenix.refine will do with whole weight from "X-ray" or whole weight from "stereochemistry"? I am looking forward to getting your reply. Smith

It should use the default weight or whatever you have set it to.
